We are offering FREE SHIPPING to the USA and Canada on all Snowboard and Splitboard purchases (made on our North American online store) for a limited time. All duty and brokerage fees will also be included in the Free Shipping.
APPAREL & SKINS
The shipping costs for apparel and skins will be calculated individually depending on quantity and weight. If you order a Snowboard or Splitboard at the same time, we will try to fit the apparel/skins order in the same box so you
A flat rate of $49 per an order will be charged on all ProForm orders.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international shipments may be subject to delays for the delivery of items from the Apparel category. These delays can be caused by changes in the transport process (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. discontinuation of flight connections previously used for transport) and also changes in delivery regulations in the destination country (e.g. protective regulations and quarantine measures).
Since we are not informed about this in advance by the shipping company, we ask you to please be patient in case of possible delays. In any case, we will insure the receipt of the goods as soon as the post is available.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION
If you don’t like a product that you bought, you can revoke the order within 21 days from the date of delivery with a clear statement. You don’t need a reason or binding form to do so. You can do this by verbal consent or in written form, for example with a letter, fax, E-Mail or with this revocation form.
You will have to cover the full costs of the return. We recommend that you inform yourself about the delivery costs at the post office versus different delivery services, so you can find the most affordable and convenient delivery service for your return. For bulky goods like Snowboards, please contact our customer service beforehand - so we can help you organize everything for a smooth return.
Important notice: In order to avoid further customs charges, returns from non-EU countries must be labelled RETOURE and the invoice(s) must be enclosed in a shipping bag on the outside of the package. In case of non-observance, the customs duties must be charged back to the sender.
THAT’S HOW IT WORKS
Please pack the goods in suitable packaging. Complete the returns form on the right of revocation page, send it, and print out the PDF that you will receive via E-Mail and include it in the package. The use of the return form is optional and doesn’t restrict your right of revocation. All products must still be in the original packaging including the label and cannot be damaged.

When returning packages we recommend that you use tracked delivery, as we assume no responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We will only assume the responsibility of the package when it has arrived at our warehouse. You will be informed by Email as soon as we have received it.
COMPLAINTS AND MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
If you are returning goods because of a delivery error or damage to the package or goods, please consult the warranty section.
